

Collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer teams to align on performance expectations and system capabilities
Generate and maintain engineering drawings using electrical CAD tools
The Electrical Engineer will support a high-mix, custom manufacturing operation focused on specialized refrigeration equipment. This role blends hands-on engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and technical problem-solving. You will design and support electrical systems that power and control commercial and industrial refrigeration products, working closely with manufacturing, product management, and field service teams.
Design electrical control systems, including schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bills of material
Analyze customer requirements, technical specifications, and application data to determine project feasibility
Develop clear documentation and installation/operation instructions for technicians and end users
Support industry compliance and safety standards, including UL, ETL, and applicable electrical codes
Work directly with production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, accurate, and compliant with project specifications
Specify components for refrigeration equipment, power distribution systems, and control architecture
Provide troubleshooting support for field service teams and assist in resolving technical issues
7+ years of electrical engineering experience within a manufacturing or product-based environment
Knowledge of electrical power distribution fundamentals
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP platforms

Experience with electrical CAD systems or SolidWorks Electrical preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000
