Promote continuous improvement through Lean initiatives, knowledge sharing, and best practice dissemination.
Lead all aspects of the Hydro Services P&L for North America, ensuring robust governance and effective daily management across sales, operations, and service delivery.

Build and nurture strong, lasting customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and sustainable portfolio growth.
