I'm looking for a Project Engineering Manager who will play a key role in delivering their new facilities, expanding operational capacity, and maintaining infrastructure. This person will lead general contractors, vendors, and trade partners through the installation of complex equipment and systems, while working closely with construction engineering, design, facilities, commissioning, and operations teams as projects transition from build-out into live production.
This role combines field and office responsibilities, with direct ownership of schedules, budgets, and daily coordination to ensure projects & their engineering deliverables are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
- Own assigned projects end-to-end, driving long-term performance, reliability, and cost efficiency across facilities and operations
- Review project plans, engineering drawings, P&IDs, and system documentation to confirm scope, materials, and installation requirements.
- Deliver projects in alignment with internal standards, specifications, and procedures, ensuring safety, quality, and operational readiness throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Manage all project startup activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and job-cost setup for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

It'd be a plus if you come from the renewable energy space & have experience driving capital projects like this from concept to operation.
- Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, one-lines, equipment specifications, and technical documentation
- Hands-on experience with scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors/subcontractors across multiple trades (MEP, structural, utilities, equipment installation, etc.)
- Proven ability to drive projects through full project lifecycle (design to commission)
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, facilities engineering, industrial/plant engineering, or manufacturing build-out environments
- Solid understanding of safety standards, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements
- BSc Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or related discipline) or equivalent technical experience
