The role involves hands‑on plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied social‑housing properties, ranging from fixing leaks and replacing taps to diagnosing complex heating or drainage issues. You will work directly with residents, requiring a professional approach and strong customer‑service skills, and will contribute to improving housing standards in the community.
