Initiate, research, and track Requests for Information (RFI’s)
Participate in and/or facilitate jobsite progress meetings to include documenting minutes
Be an advocate in application on W. M. Jordan’s Safety and Health Management Program
Coordinate material delivery requirements with superintendent, subcontractors, and suppliers
Organize and manage submittal processes (log development, processing, etc.)
Manage project coordination with all project trade partners, subcontractors, and suppliers
Manage various document control methods such as submittal logs, material procurement logs, RFI logs, contract documents (field and electronic copies)
Collaborate with Project Manager and Superintendent in the application of company processes and project operations
Participation in trainings and company meetings to facilitate individual and company growth
Develop industry relationships and expand professional networks
Organize and manage project closure requirements (Operations and Maintenance Manuals, Owner Training, Attic Stock and Warranties)
Participate in development and updating or maintaining of the project schedule as delegated by project manager
Assist with Lean processes implemented on projects
Assist with proposal management (research, follow-up) as delegated by project manager
Track green building requirements (as required)

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field, OR two (2) years commercial construction experience preferred
Excellent listening skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Building Information Modeling
Experience as a commercial construction Project Engineer
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and architectural drawings
OSHA training preferred
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam and various scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix)
Active participant in a team environment
