Assist the service manager in maintaining accurate and on‑time reports and records related to the dealership's service department operations.
- Open work orders and manage them through closure and invoicing.
- Maintain the service library with up‑to‑date information.
- Organize Service Department filing and records.
- Update customer profiles with equipment, hours, and work order data.
- Maintain accessories and supplies; prepare replacement orders.
- Prepare Service Technician efficiency reports as needed.
- Process warranty or product improvement claims, calculate and submit charges, and follow up.
