The Scheduler schedules production work and coordinates inventory to ensure tasks are supported. Responsibilities include analyzing and troubleshooting production scheduling issues, reviewing order releases, ensuring timely delivery of component materials, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and releasing work orders to the shop. Relocation and sponsorship are not available for this position.
The role requires high accuracy and attention to detail, basic understanding of data gathering and analysis, and effective communication skills. Candidates must be able to complete tasks with precision, collect and synthesize data from multiple stakeholders, and convey ideas clearly in both written and verbal forms.
Preferred qualifications include experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. The salary range is $28.70 to $43.10 per hour, with total compensation varying by factors such as job level, location, performance, and experience.
