Arrange material deliveries to job sites based on project priorities.
Support service work by coordinating quotes, schedules, and material availability.
Monitor order status with suppliers to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
Coordinate delivery bookings and material drop-offs/pickups with installers, internal fleet, and clients.
Ensure materials are delivered on time and in full to meet production and project requirements.
Resolve discrepancies in deliveries, quantities, and supplier performance.
Participate in project meetings, providing updates on material status, risks, and mitigation plans.
Maintain project spreadsheets, purchase order logs, and material tracking tools (e.g., PG/Build, C2G).
Coordinate procurement, staging, and material flow to align with project and production schedules.
Troubleshoot logistics issues and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Conduct occasional site visits as required.
Partner with Purchasing Agents to maintain accurate inventory levels through tracking, reconciliation, and supplier communication.
Prepare and update material look-ahead schedules (e.g., 3-week PO forecast).

3–5 years of planning experience within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with planning tools and systems (ERP/MRP/Scheduling).
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain/inventory management.
Ability to quickly learn new concepts and ask clarifying questions when needed.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Strong organizational skills with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (asset).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.
