• Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to maintain company cleaning standards.

• Conduct regular facility inspections to verify cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Address and resolve cleaning service issues or complaints.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper chemical and equipment use.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff schedules, and maintenance issues.
• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with cleaning tasks during high‑demand situations.
• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and best practices to improve efficiency.

Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; janitorial or facilities management certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a janitorial supervisor or in a similar role.
• Possess strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
• Exhibit excellent leadership, team management, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.
• Experience with scheduling software and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of green cleaning practices and sustainability initiatives.
