Conduct occasional site visits to verify existing conditions or support construction phases.
Perform structural engineering design and analysis for high-end retail and flagship store projects.
Review and mark up drawings, coordinate with drafters, and provide clear technical direction.
Collaborate on iconic flagship retail environments seen by millions.
Prepare calculations, technical reports, and project documentation.
Work closely with principals, architects, and project managers to ensure structural systems meet design intent, code requirements, and client expectations.

Strong understanding of steel, concrete, and cold‑formed metal framing systems.
Experience in high-end retail or commercial interiors.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
FE or PE licensure (or active progress toward it).
2–5+ years of structural engineering experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple fast‑moving projects.
Ability to review drawings and provide precise technical guidance.
Familiarity with NYC building codes, DOB requirements, and special inspections.
Proficiency with structural analysis/design software (e.g., RISA, RAM, ETABS) and familiarity with Revit/AutoCAD workflows.
Experience coordinating with contractors and performing field surveys.
