Design and process management in all phases of the architectural process
Building models using Revit, Rhino,
Site and program analysis, evaluate project site and site specific environmental factors
Communicate conflicts, issues and develop solutions with design team.
Prepare architectural designs and construction documents, coordinate with consultant drawings and models.
Identify and review relevant code/zoning requirements

Prior experience working on the design and documentation of Data Centers, Industrial buildings, medical, or other projects with a high level of coordination between disciplines.
3 years’ experience of working on similar project typologies
Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction documentation.
LEED Accreditation with experience and/or interest in sustainable design
Master’s degree in architecture and 2 years of professional internship in architecture.
Demonstrated graphic presentation skills with knowledge of Blue Beam pdf editor
