Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings
Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of technical excellence
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
Lead code review, maintain coding standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as Product & Design) to integrate backend services and ensure seamless data flow
Architect and develop high-quality front-end features and user interfaces using React

Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Component Design: Ability to design reusable components and management component hierarchies effectively
Advanced React.js knowledge: Proficiency in using React hooks, context and the component lifecycle
8+ years of professional experience.
Performance Optimization: Skills in optimising React applications for performance, including lazy loading and memorization
State Management: Experience with state management libraries and Redux, MobX or Context API
Modern JavaScript: Deep understanding of ES6+ features such as async/await, destructuring, etc
