- Lead multidisciplinary team meetings with engineers, technicians, and specialists to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance

- Coordinate with airlines, TSA, customs, and regulatory agencies on system maintenance, compliance requirements, and operational impacts
- Review maintenance reports, analyze system data for predictive maintenance opportunities, and oversee asset lifecycle planning
- Lead strategic planning sessions with executive leadership on infrastructure development and capital project priorities
- Conduct facility tours and inspections to assess critical system performance across terminal, utility, and passenger operations

- Proven track record managing capital projects with budgets of $50M-$200M+
- Experience with regulatory compliance (FAA, TSA, EPA requirements)
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing large technical teams
- Experience with airport master planning and development projects
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Aviation-specific certifications or training programs
- Background in sustainability and energy efficiency program implementation
- Familiarity with union environments and collective bargaining processes
- Professional Engineering (PE) license
- 10+ years in aviation industry or similar 24/7 operations environment
- Airport security clearance eligibility and ability to obtain required badging
- Previous experience with Part 139 Airport Operating Certificate compliance
- 10+ years of progressive experience in critical infrastructure management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) preferred
