The Senior Engineer will lead planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater treatment projects, managing scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery. They will coordinate multi‑discipline teams, direct design of infrastructure components such as pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment plants, build positive relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders, mentor junior members, and contribute to business development.

Are you a Senior Engineer with a passion for municipal wastewater projects and a knack for leadership? Haskell is seeking an experienced professional to join our Design & Consulting Team and lead innovative engineering solutions for water and wastewater systems.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, biosystems, mechanical, chemical, or a related engineering field, and possess a PE license with at least 10 years of consulting experience in water and wastewater engineering. Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills are required, and experience with CADD, project scheduling, and proposal development is a plus.
The role requires ordinary ambulatory skills, the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift light to medium weights (10‑50 lb), as well as good hand‑eye coordination, dexterity, visual acuity, and the ability to sit, reach, talk, and hear while performing job duties.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field and a PE license with 10+ years of consulting experience in water/wastewater.
- Demonstrate strong project management, leadership, and communication skills; CADD, scheduling, and proposal development experience is a plus.
