Mechanical Design Engineer

Description

Mechanical system design for new construction and renovation projects. You’ll handle HVAC and mechanical layouts with support from senior staff as needed.

• Design HVAC systems using Revit/AutoCAD
• Select equipment and prepare schedules
• Attend job sites for field checks
• Coordinate with architects and engineers
• Review submittals and address RFIs
• Perform load calculations

Requirements

• Solid pipeline of mechanical design work
• Revit and AutoCAD skills
• BS in Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years HVAC design experience
• EIT or PE preferred
• Understanding of IMC, ASHRAE standards
