Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Interface with construction, quality, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure seamless transition and turnover.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports of completions progress and turnover documentation.
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
Coordinate system walkdowns and associated documentation packages.
Lead and manage the completions and turnover process from construction through to commissioning and handover.
Utilize and manage completions software such as Smart Completions, Orbit, WinPCS, or equivalent platforms.
Supervise a small team of completions coordinators and field personnel.
Ensure all documentation, inspections, and quality checks are completed in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.
Develop and maintain system and subsystem boundaries, turnover packages, and punch list management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction completions and turnover on large-scale industrial projects (e.g., oil & gas, energy, mining).
Proficiency in completions management systems such as Smart Completions, Orbit, WinPCS, or similar.
Willingness and ability to relocate and work on a rotational schedule as required by project demands.
Familiarity with ISO and industry standards for completions.
Technical diploma or degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
