Conduct ad hoc analysis and project work assigned by the VP of Finance.
Drive process improvements, enhancing reporting tools and processes to yield efficiencies and higher accuracy
Partner with various department managers to create and maintain their monthly department expense forecasts and annual budgets
Assist FP&A Director with numerous month-end reporting activities including data collection, report development, and analysis amongst other ad hoc activities.
Collaborate with different departments to gather data, align financial goals, and help them understand financial performance
Develop and maintain financial models for Forecasting, Budgeting and Strategic Planning
Lead financial system maintenance to ensure data integrity for key financial information
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior leadership, analyze variances, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using primarily Excel, SAP, HFM, and Workday Adaptive Planning software. Focus areas include including but are not limited to orders, sales, and profitability
