Providing on-site technical supervision to ensure H&S and statutory requirements are met
Monitoring and updating the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule in line with SFG20 and manufacturers’ guidance
Acting as the Authorised Person for Electrical Works (where applicable), offering technical assurance
Overseeing helpdesk tasks and ensuring accurate CAFM data entry and compliance
Coordinating maintenance activities and supporting the management of outsourced contractors
Supporting supplier performance reviews and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Reviewing method statements, risk assessments, and supporting quote validation
Supporting the delivery of hard services and statutory compliance across the portfolio
Assisting with remedial works, and technical queries
Contributing to future maintenance planning and site infrastructure needs
Requirements

Demonstrated ability to support change and continuous improvement
Experience supporting budget control or cost validation
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
3–5 years’ experience in Facilities Management or building services, with a focus on hard services
Recognised engineering qualification (electrical or mechanical)
IOSH qualification
Authorised Person or relevant competency in M&E disciplines
NEBOSH qualification
Strong understanding of statutory compliance and PPM processes
Membership of a relevant professional body (IET, CIBSE, etc.)
Formal project coordination or supervisory training
Experience supervising contractors or engineering teams
