We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves overseeing complex systems‑engineering projects, leading a team of engineers, and driving technological advancements for the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science, Systems Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of post‑qualification experience in systems engineering with a proven project delivery record.
- Strong knowledge of systems‑engineering principles, methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in systems integration, lifecycle management and requirements analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
- Experience using systems‑modeling tools and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative, multicultural environment in Doha.
- Strong project‑management skills, including task prioritisation and deadline adherence.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project‑related purposes.
