Operations Management: Manage the property's work order system from start to finish. You will coordinate and inspect the work of outside vendors and oversee the "make-ready" process to ensure timely turnover of vacant units.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and supervise the on-site maintenance team. You will manage daily schedules, assign work orders, conduct performance reviews, and foster a professional, team-oriented environment.
Budget & Inventory Control: Assist the Community Manager with budget management for maintenance operations. You will control inventory and order necessary supplies and parts to maintain efficiency and stay within budget.
Hands-On Maintenance & Quality Control: Oversee and perform advanced, hands-on maintenance and repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, ensuring all work meets Westland's high standards.

Advanced hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Demonstrated experience supervising one or more employees.
EPA Universal Certification.
HVAC Certification (required for positions in NV, TX, and San Bernardino County, CA).
