As the Maintenance Compliance Manager, you will manage and support the delivery of planned, reactive and remedial maintenance compliance and Hard FM asset performance across the Council Estate. The role will involve delivering a ‘best in class’ service delivery to our client and managing our In-house and sub-contractor teams’ performance to ensure contract compliance and adherence. As Maintenance Compliance Manager you will be self-motivated and be proactive in your approach to problem solving.
Duties will involve managing the performance of planned, reactive and remedial works ensuring that all statutory & mandatory inspections are completed in line with Contract requirements. You will manage the asset performance reporting monthly on status across the Estate, you will identify programmes of work and build a lifecycle plan to meet GRAHAM requirements. You will support GRAHAM and the Contract team with a move to new and innovate maintenance regimes to ensure that the life of our client assets is extended, and performance improved across the built environment.
- Management of the asset performance including condition rating for all assets under scope
- Representing Graham Facilities Management in a professional manner
- Supporting with the generation of lifecycle programmes of work
- Holding regular review meetings with our Client relating to Contract performance
- Preparing KPI and operational reports for internal, supply chain and client meetings
- Holding regular performance review meetings with both in house delivery teams and supply chain in the completion of their work
- The development and execution of planned preventive maintenance regime including associated remedial works to ensure compliance with Contract requirements
- Management and reporting of PPM, reactive and remedial works and Quoted works in adherence to the contract specification
- Updating of asset information to ensure compliance with both Contract and GRAHAM requirements
- The management of multi-discipline facilities management work schemes and resources
- Liaising with client management and site representatives
- Taking part in the Management out of hours escalation for nights/weekends/holiday periods
- The completion of audits covering planned & reactive maintenance
- Implementating of relevant contract QA procedures and Graham Health and Safety policy

• M&E development of quotes and commercial practice
• Associate member of a professional body
• Experience of using bespoke CAFM or business management software

Hold a relevant engineering qualification
• Demonstrate exceptional performance in a previous facilitates management role
• Minimum of three years’ experience within a similar Facilities Management role.
• Possess technical knowledge on a wide variety of building services and M&E disciplines
• IT literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel)
• SMSTS,IOSH Managing or Equivalent
• Clean driving licence
