- Monitor subcontractor performance, review shop drawings, and manage RFIs and technical submittals.
- Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Lead commissioning processes and handover documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems with other construction elements.
- Review MEP design drawings, specifications, and BOQs for accuracy and feasibility.
- Prepare regular progress reports on MEP activities.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and testing protocols.
- Supervise and coordinate with MEP subcontractors and vendors.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including drawings, change orders, inspection reports, and as-built drawings.
- Monitor site work to ensure compliance with design, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
- Ensure all MEP installations comply with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other MEP systems.
- Resolve site issues and ensure proper coordination between all MEP disciplines.
- Develop MEP project schedules aligned with the main construction timeline.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of MEP equipment and materials.

- LEED Accredited Professional
- Certified MEP Professional (ASME, NFPA, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project/Primavera, and other design and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in MEP project management in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and BMS systems.
- Familiarity with international building codes (e.g., NFPA, ASHRAE, NEC) and local standards.
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
