The Role
Overview
Assist HVAC/R tech with service, maintenance, and repairs on commercial equipment.

Tasks
-Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on company service vehicle. -Assist with initial service calls to learn HVAC/R troubleshooting skills. -Assist with preventative maintenance calls. -Assist with repair work. -Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements. -Provides clear and consistent communication with customer and CSR/Dispatcher. -Works with a Commercial HVAC/R Technician on a daily basis. -Completes necessary paperwork with company issued laptop/tablet. -Assist with system replacements and upgrades.

What You Bring
-Must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record - no major or frequent traffic violations within the last 3 years. -High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or vocational training in HVAC/R preferred. -Prior maintenance, mechanical, or facility service experience is a plus. -Must pass a drug screen and background check. -Strong customer service and communication skills. -Ability to work in high locations; able to climb ladders and/or scaffolding. -Usage of hands to handle or control tools and/or equipment. -Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions. -Ability to lift up to 85 pounds. -Ability to work in cramped, awkward, and/or confined spaces; must be able to kneel, bend, crouch, or stoop for prolonged periods of time.
