The Electrical Services Executive leads the overall management of recurring and non‑recurring work, including service contracts, projects, and work orders. This role drives client assessment, budgeting, and coordination with engineering and business development to deliver profitable solutions.
- Provide initial client contact, assess needs, and prepare detailed estimates and budgets for service contracts, projects, or calls.
- Lead and guide Electrical Services Managers, overseeing complex contracts and projects.
- Conduct technical reviews of bid estimates to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Track negotiated terms and rates, ensuring consistency across client accounts.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts with Project Assistant/Service Coordinator to protect company interests while maintaining profitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with large service accounts, expanding across multiple locations.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and schedule regular site visits to assure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate efforts with Business Development, Engineering, and service drivers to meet division objectives and corporate policies.
- Promote a "win‑win" attitude with service drivers to ensure successful, profitable work and satisfied customers.

- Advanced technical and customer service skills; proficient with Microsoft Office, Accubid, Oracle, Excel, and CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, Tririga).
- Prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements under pressure.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project, service, or facility management and 7 years managing operations teams.
- Demonstrated success in selling and promoting service contracts to meet client needs.
- Travel up to 50% and occasional lifting of up to 30 lb.
