- Maintain and optimize min/max levels and planning parameters within ERP/MRP systems
- Analyze historical sales trends, seasonality patterns, and promotional impact
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to refine and align forecasts
- Track forecast accuracy and support development of KPI dashboards and reporting
- Assist in data modeling, forecasting scenarios, and capacity/supply analysis
- Support initiatives around SKU rationalization, inventory health, and supply risk mitigation
- Contribute to SIOP meetings and help document, track, and follow up on inputs and variances
- Assist in the demand planning process and forecast cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual)

- Experience in industrial, distribution, or manufacturing environments
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis
- 3–5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics
- Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
- Familiarity with statistical forecasting tools and techniques
- Experience with Alteryx and Tableau for reporting automation and data workflows
- Exposure to SIOP / IBP frameworks and structured planning cadences
