In this position you will create and maintain work environments that enable teams to perform at their best. You will partner with operational leaders to support smart facility decisions, from identifying new properties and reviewing leases to managing vendors and overseeing day‑to‑day building operations. Familiarity with general construction, building systems, and facility‑management tools, a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset are essential.
A high school diploma is required, and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Candidates must have at least six years of relevant experience in facilities, real‑estate, property, or construction management, with experience using CAD or BIM software considered advantageous.
