Partners with operations management to manage overhead budgets
Ensures compliance with Government Accounting, Siemens FRGs, IFRS and US GAAP in relation to accounting & financial reporting
Supports internal and external audits as required
Responsible for all DS financial reporting and analysis aspects including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, cost analyses, and productivity improvement
Drives the ongoing digitalization of the finance organization by continuously learning and applying data analysis, workflow, and visualization techniques and tools
Drives budget and forecast in alignment with management on short and long-term strategic targets
Ensures revenue recognition guidelines are documented and consistently followed
Partners with operations management to continuously drive productivity improvements
Prepares and analyzes financial reports for sponsoring BUs and management to easily identify required corrective actions
Prepares slides and present financial results to leadership and executive management
Prepare and coordinate intercompany charging

Communicate effectively with all levels of management both orally and in written form
