Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
Work with the project team to create all design documents and drawings, including one and three-line diagrams, protection and control schematics, communications diagrams, wiring diagrams, substation layout plans, section and detail drawings.
Apply engineering application software to complete engineering tasks such as ground grid design, equipment sizing, relay coordination, and electrical studies.
Communicate and coordinate project activities with project lead, customer representatives, and other stakeholders.
Specification development for the procurement, installation, and testing of substation equipment.

Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
At least 2 years of experience performing engineering-related duties preferred.
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
Knowledge of engineering standards, including NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE and ANSI.
Regular, reliable attendance
Legally able to work in the United States for any length of time.
Work productively and meet deadlines timely
Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English language.
