Drive sales, marketing & strategy for construction materials in Greater Vancouver.

Tasks
-Develops the sales & marketing strategies for the territory and executes on these strategies. This includes market share analysis. -Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. -Responsible for the project quotation, sales management and customer management of their Territory. -Responsible for Territory Commercial Strategy & Business Plan as well as Territory and Customer Action plans. -Proactively tracks and manages construction activity in the territory. -This role will be responsible for achieving volume/market share and price/profitability objectives by plant, product, and customer/market segment in the Territory. -Identifies and understands current and unmet needs for existing and potential customers and translates into sales opportunities.

What You Bring
-Strong problem solving and analytical skills. -Strong customer focus. -Effective computer and systems skills. -Ability to analyze market activities in order to develop strategies. -Excellent communication skills – able to develop effective working relationships internally and externally. -Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize’s approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests. -Strong work ethic.
