Overview

Supervises valet staff, handles customer service, scheduling, and daily ops.

Tasks

-Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed. -Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff. -Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies as applicable. -Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment. -Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies. -Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management. -Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable. -Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports.

What You Bring

-Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way. -You have very strong conversational communication skills. -Can you drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission? -You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years. -Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed. -Customer service: 1 year+ -Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet. -You have at least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience. -You are a motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry. -You are at least 18 years old. -Do you have a valid driver's license (at least 2 years)?
