Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

Description

• Ensure safety and compliance across all teams and projects.
• Ensure regular preventative maintenance is conducted on plant and equipment to keep them in optimal working condition
• Lead innovations that drive efficiency and performance.
• Oversee horticultural, turf and landscape maintenance in various open space projects, ensuring environmental sustainability and best practices are followed
• Conduct site assessments, inspecting gardens and parks, generating reports, evaluating performance, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, manage rosters and motivate a team of skilled professionals in the field of open space management.

Requirements

• Expertise in horticulture, turf management and landscape maintenance techniques.
• Strong work ethic with excellent time management abilities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Current Australian drivers licence. (Advantageous).
