Sr. Business Analyst IT - Manufacturing Systems

Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of ERP or enterprise business systems, including requirements gathering, functional design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Create business process models, data flow diagrams, and system architecture documents using tools like MS Visio and Lucidchart
• Serve as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs, technical standards, and compliance requirements
• Develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, and actionable reports to deliver operational insights, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to system configuration, including business rules, approval workflows, pricing conditions, and document templates (e.g., invoices, POs, SOs) across relevant business modules
• Conduct detailed analysis of current business processes across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or optimization
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support configuration, customization, and integration efforts
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and integration teams to define system architecture, data flows, and interface requirements for seamless connectivity between enterprise applications, reporting platforms, and third-party applications
• Facilitate cross-functional design workshops to validate business needs and ensure alignment with platform capabilities and enterprise architecture standards
• Configure, test and development of reports and dashboards to support business areas as assigned
• Manage and prioritize product backlog, sprint planning, and delivery tracking in agile or hybrid project environments, collaborating with product owners and developers to ensure timely delivery

Requirements

As part of this expansion in the US, the Senior Business Analyst - Manufacturing Systems will lead the full lifecycle of ERP and enterprise system implementations, driving process improvements across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations through detailed analysis, system configuration, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires deep ERP expertise (Epicor or SAP), strong documentation and testing skills, and experience delivering data-driven solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau in Agile or hybrid environments.

• Modern state of the art facility with Industry 4.0 technology in Mesa, Arizona
• Domain or technical certifications in Business or Functional Analysis, Agile or application specific certifications would be
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. and 10+ years of experience in relevant scope
• Experience in creating and maintaining master data records (e.g., materials, customers, vendors, resources) and performing data uploads and validation within enterprise ERP systems
• Knowledge and skills to take leadership role in User Acceptance Testing planning and execution
• 3+ years’ experience creating process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, user stories and other documentation to support business requirements gathering and solution design
• 3+ years’ experience working with and/or supporting users of enterprise business systems (EPICOR or SAP). Thorough understanding of ERP processes and best practices
