  • Serve as a primary point of contact for both existing customers and the CCI Solution Sales team on any questions that arise regarding system engineering; act as an advisor helping them to get the information they need as quickly as possible.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM systems (Q CELLS’ platform and Salesforce) ensuring accurate data entry, comprehensive notes, and updated information while proactively identifying and proposing system solutions to management to address any defects or errors.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate CRM development team and external platform service providers to enhance system architecture and drive process improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and CRM metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement; generate regular reports and insights for management to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, installation, and customer service to facilitate effective communication and coordination during project execution.
  • Participate in coding efforts for software development projects ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and sales operations; evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of sales processes.

  • 5+ years of experience in working with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or others

  • 5+ years of sales operations experience for an inbound or outbound sales organization
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
