The position is for a Machine Operator / General Manufacturing Worker. The role involves operating and maintaining assigned machines, performing start‑up and shut‑down of production lines, handling changeovers, completing paperwork, troubleshooting, and coordinating with setup and maintenance technicians.
- Safely and effectively operate and maintain assigned machines/equipment to produce quality products.
- Start up and shut down the production line.
- Perform minor changeovers safely and efficiently.
- Complete required paperwork and checklists.
- Determine quality ranges.
- Coordinate with setup and maintenance technicians for equipment setups and maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Identify, monitor, and maintain inventory of WIP, materials, tooling, and finished products.
- Ensure adequate supply of raw materials and communicate replenishment needs.
- Monitor, measure, record, and adjust machines/processes to maintain product consistency within specifications.

Candidates must have a GED or equivalent, be able to read and write English, and have prior experience in a warehouse or operating manufacturing equipment. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lb and standing or sitting for up to 10 hours, as well as the ability to work varied hours, weekends and holidays.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
- Read and understand work manuals and directions.
- Willingness to work various hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- GED or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Prior warehouse work experience.
- Prior operation of manufacturing equipment or machine.
- Ability to interpret work instructions without assistance.
- Ability to move, pull, push, and lift up to 50 lb.
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours.
- Ability to sit for up to 10 hours.
- Ability to follow rules.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to handle work‑associated stresses.
