Overview
Born in 1929, it grew from a small utility equipment business into a global brand.
Public and private fleets rely on its signature bucket trucks, cranes, digger derricks and aerial devices to connect communities.
Over the decades it evolved into multiple divisions—from manufacturing and rental to capital services—under a unified holding structure.
Bolstered by strategic acquisitions, it blends in‑house fabrication with custom engineering across its North American facilities.
It pioneered fleet electrification and data‑driven fleet insights, integrating telematics and digital analytics into heavy equipment.
Flagship projects range from electrical utilities and telecom lines to tree‑care, signage maintenance and contractor fleets.
