Ensure technicians understand and follow Wachter processes and compliance requirements
Monitor trends within assigned tech groups and proactively address concerns
Provide clear feedback to Operations on technician needs, workload concerns, and field conditions
Assist in identifying low-hour technicians and work with Operations on recovery plans
Assist in escalating behavioral, compliance, or performance issues to HR and Operations leadership
Serve as the communication bridge between field employees and office operations
Supports onboarding and orientation alignment for new hires
Conduct check-ins and field evaluations as needed
Maintain regular communication with technicians to support productivity, attendance, professionalism, and performance expectations
Review technician calendars weekly for scheduling accuracy, time entry, and productivity
Serve as the main point of contact for designated field employees
Manage Memo of Records (MORs) and maintain accurate documentation of technician interactions and compliance issues
Act as an extension of HR for field teams—support coaching conversations, corrective actions, attendance reviews, and performance development
Provide weekly/monthly updates to FRM leadership on technician trends, concerns, and wins
