- Assembling components and interpreting technical working drawings accurately.
- Recording production data with precision and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

- Performing machine safety checks before use and contributing to a safe, clean working environment.
- Manufacturing parts and tooling on CNC lathes and Milling machines

- Strong IT and communication skills.
- A background in machine operation within a fast-paced manufacturing or engineering environment.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to build positive relationships across departments.
- Experience with EDM machines for sharpening PCD tooling (preferred, but not essential).
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to contribute to tooling system development.
- A track record of meeting tight deadlines and maintaining performance under pressure.
- Strong understanding of CNC control systems (Fanuc and Heidenhain advantageous but not required).
- The ability to read and work from technical drawings.
- Time-served experience working in an engineering workshop.
- Working knowledge of CNC lathes, milling machines, and cylindrical grinding processes (advantageous, but not required).
