Supports senior architects in developing schematics, renderings, and sketches to fully realize a design concept.
Adheres to corporate quality control standards within the discipline and checks own work product for accuracy and completeness.
Plans and coordinates required permitting and approval documentation which supports the design intent.
Coordinates with other junior staff and designers to ensure the best use of available resources.
Maintains existing architecture licensure through completion of LUs as required.
Provides solutions and suggestions for the continued development of firm software utilization, processes and procedures related to the position’s responsibilities.
Visits job sites for surveys, client meetings, and construction administration activities.
Drafts & develops Construction Documents, reports, and other deliverables with the support of more senior architectural staff.
Coordinates with other in-house engineering disciplines as needed.

Highly proficient in REVIT, AutoCad Architecture version 2022, have the ability to annotate plans and details.
Actively seeking LEED accreditation and obtain membership/ participation in industry-focused events.
Proficient in the firm’s 3D Rendering Software, able to generate renderings and apply materials and finishes.
Licensed architectural staff.
A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution, a licensed architect, and at least three years of related experience.
Demonstrates an understanding and ability to apply code requirements, accessibility standards, client programs, construction detailing, and materials and assemblies.
3-5 years’ experience.
Working knowledge of Word & Excel, Outlook.
Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
