  • Support the development and maintenance of data management protocols for SECURE’s GHG Data Management System (Carbon Hub).
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in ESG processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency.
  • Assist in gathering information required for emissions and water reporting, ESG frameworks, and rating agency questionnaires within required timelines.
  • Provide support for ad hoc ESG initiatives and projects aligned with SECURE’s sustainability goals.
  • Assist with compiling and verifying information for reporting under frameworks such as SASB, GRI, TCFD, and CDP.
  • Format PDF only (no Word, Google Docs, or separate files)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, operations, integrity, E&R, production accounting, finance) to facilitate accurate data collection for regulatory reporting.
  • Support the preparation of submissions for regulatory programs including NPRI, AEIR, TIER, and OBPS.

  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in a relevant field (Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or Communications).
  • Complete a Medical and/or Alcohol & Drug test if the role is considered safety sensitive.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and professional in all interactions.
  • Effective time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Be legally entitled to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid work permit).
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a strong ability to collaborate.
  • Be enrolled in a post-secondary institution and available from May to August.
