The Grounds Technician performs routine and special labor assignments, transports tools and supplies, cleans walkways and parking lots, and maintains overall property grounds. They also report any issues with sprinklers, plants, walkways, or pest damage and assist with related duties as assigned.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be able to bend, stoop, walk and lift up to 100 lb. Prior groundskeeping experience, familiarity with maintenance tools, and strong customer service and English communication skills are required.
