Estimators work within the Turner & Townsend Estimating Hub, providing a range of outputs that support client decision‑making, including order‑of‑magnitude and detailed first‑principles estimates, estimating assurance, support for major programme set‑up and delivery of estimating data.

Hold a high‑standard qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience delivering estimating or QS services on large projects.
Proficient with estimating software packages.
Member of a relevant professional body (chartered status or progressing towards it), e.g., RICS, CIOB, A.CostE.
