The Lead HVAC Installer will guide apprentices through mechanical and electrical HVAC system installations, ensure timely, customer‑oriented service, plan and schedule work, provide quality control, conduct on‑the‑job training, and maintain accurate documentation and inventory.
- Lead HVAC Install Apprentices in performing and completing HVAC mechanical and electrical system installations
- Provide proactive, customer‑oriented service and follow‑through on all installations
- Plan work, assign tasks, prioritize, set schedules, ensure quality control, and conduct on‑the‑job training
- Complete installation records and paperwork
- Install a variety of HVAC systems and accessories per company requirements, manufacturer specs, and local code
- Utilize methods, tools, and equipment for residential and light commercial installations
- Perform daily trade duties with minimal supervision
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and co‑workers; promote products and services
- Maintain accurate inventory accounting and tool organization on the installation vehicle
- Keep the workplace organized, neat, and clean

Candidates must hold a valid Oklahoma HVAC Journeyman license, possess a clean driving record and professional appearance, demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills, be proficient with technical instructions and relevant software, and successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
- Apply knowledge of HVAC operating principles, safety practices, and OSHA standards
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Valid Oklahoma HVAC Journeyman license
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
- Clean, professional appearance and good customer communication
