Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least eight years of experience managing permitting and environmental impact analyses for high‑voltage transmission and renewable projects, as well as a valid U.S. driver’s license and U.S. citizenship. Preferred qualifications add a master’s degree, ten‑plus years of relevant experience, deep knowledge of Arizona regulations, staff management experience, and expertise in NEPA, ESA, and Clean Water Act permitting.
