Based in London, this role reports internally to the engineering team and externally to clients and suppliers. The Supervisor will provide best‑in‑class engineering service achieving 100% uptime while meeting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) obligations and contractual requirements. The position also drives corrective maintenance, critical‑environment planning and risk management to support Integral’s and JLL’s vision for engineering excellence.
Key responsibilities include representing the hard services team, ensuring site support for all engineering needs, conducting audits, managing compliance and CAFM logbooks, and developing service level agreements that meet client expectations. The role monitors PPM systems, handles change requests, plans operations and major shutdowns, maintains the Asset Management Plan, and leads a technical team. It also provides emergency response, drives continuous improvement, improves energy performance through smart systems, supports ESG outcomes, manages tenant fit‑outs, and oversees specialist service providers.
The ideal candidate has a high level of technical awareness in FM and new‑building environments, covering power distribution (LV, MV, HV), UPS, emergency generation, HVAC and cooling. A recognised apprenticeship, degree or HNC in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) and at least five years of engineering services experience in critical environments or new builds are required. Strong leadership, knowledge of PPM, RM, CAFM, BMS and smart systems, excellent communication skills and IT literacy are essential.
