Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards: All activities in the workshop and on-site must adhere to site safety rules and the Company’s Health and Safety standards, as well as ISO 9001/2015 quality standards.
Carrying out proactive preventative maintenance tasks: Ensure the ongoing reliability of our equipment.
Liaising closely with the Workshop Senior Technician and other Workshop Technicians: Ensure work scopes are kept within the specified delivery schedule.
Producing accurate digital reports and records: Building service reports and records as you work with our new digital solution.
Performing all tasks to ensure maximum stakeholder satisfaction: Both internal and external stakeholders.
Operating heavy lifting machinery: Forklifts, overhead cranes.
Executing daily workshop service tasks: Inspections/overhauls, reconditioning, modification, testing, cleaning, and machining on a variety of 4-stroke engine components. The role requirements are varied and suitably challenging to keep this role interesting.

Proven technical knowledge and experience with mechanical assembly procedures in a maintenance, repair, and overhaul service environment.

Commute daily to Segensworth, Fareham.
A vocational education in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
The ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.
