- Lead design development on a variety of project tasks from concept/schematic through to detailed construction documentation.
- Applicants should be prepared to provide a link to their portfolio or other accessible examples of work if requested.
- Produce and coordinate base sheets, planting plans, hardscape layouts, assist with cost estimates, and visual studies.
- Ensure design quality and consistency; organize and manage design packages; perform internal QA/QC on documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams; engage with stakeholders to review design, schedule, budget, and feasibility.
- Create graphic presentations, imagery boards, renderings, illustrations, and photo simulations to communicate design intent.
- Provide design and production support for a major entertainment client, helping to bring their vision to life through high-quality landscape and site design solutions.

- Familiarity with large-scale or themed public spaces, entertainment environments, or other client-driven design projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Applicants must possess a graduate or undergraduate degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university or a certificate from a Landscape Architecture extension program.
- Strong knowledge of plant materials and hardscape design.
- Advanced skills in 3D modeling.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land FX, Photoshop, SketchUp, Illustrator, Revit, and Lumion.
- Experience: 5-8 years in landscape architecture and design, including experience producing construction documents.
- Ability to manage complex site conditions and technical challenges; good understanding of code, accessibility, and sustainability in site design.
