Execute processes and tools to adequately measure suppliers in support of SBD growth initiatives.
Structure Supplier Management initiatives including Business Reviews, Supplier Surveys and Supplier Conferences.
Promote the usage of the Global Supplier Portal by strategic, collaborative and leverage suppliers.
Manage strategy creation for key suppliers in coordination with category managers to ensure supplier capacity, capability, value and quality.
Implement strategic supplier management, minimizing supplier risk, enabling supplier segmentation and strategy as part of Global Supply Management’s Center of Excellence.
Drive closure and resolution to any ongoing constraint to our growth plans by working collaborative with the strategic sourcing team and the supplier.
