Manage inventory and asset lists of all non-human resources, issue registers, and transit documentation.
Coordinate among all functional teams and shared services to ensure timely and effective project execution.
Perform various tasks assigned within projects or related to operations.
Undertake specific projects as instructed by management

Administer and update relevant project databases, including INFORM Software modules for resource and asset management.

Maintain regular and effective communication with clients to build strong client–contractor relationships.
Manage arrangements, clearances, project team mobilization/demobilization, and travel-related tasks.
Support the project manager in planning, controlling, and implementing assigned projects.

Intermediate or Expert level knowledge on Project management or scheduling software (e.g. Primavera, MS Project etc.)
Project Management qualification / certification
Relevant experience of effectively supporting project teams
Ability to work independently in most circumstances and use initiative to propose and implement changes to work practices
Skilled in supporting cross-functional teams, maintaining documentation, and managing client/stakeholder communication; prior IT/software project experience is a plus.
Ability to write accurate and concise communications
Understand project-specific contractual terms and conditions.
Working knowledge of INFORM Software for logistics, resource planning, and operational coordination is highly desirable.
Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals.
Strong Analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with practical use of Jira or similar tools, requirements gathering, feature development, and writing user stories.
Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar operational/support role.
Strong organizing and Planning Skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Experience in writing clear, concise, and structured user stories.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, Peoplesoft ERP, etc
Apply working knowledge of requirements gathering and feature development processes.
Demonstrate knowledge of Scrum techniques, ceremonies, and daily stand-ups.
