Ongoing advice in respect of the application of Stamp Duty Land Tax on property transactions, including the application of s.75A Finance Act 2003.
Providing corporation tax advice in relation to the application of the UK transfer pricing regime on cross-border transactions; and
Advising a number of such clients on their joint venture arrangements in connection with renewables projects;
Advising major multinational entities on their acquisition and disposal of North Sea oil & gas assets;
Advising a significant Dutch pension scheme client on various international fund investments;
