Manage all fleet data including vehicle inventory, telematics systems, and WEX fuel card programs
Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure operational and safety readiness
File insurance claims and manage the repair process for damaged vehicles
Maintain relationships with service providers and vendors to ensure responsive, high-quality repair work
Monitor telematics data for driver behavior trends; partner with department leaders to coach and correct in a non-direct manner
Track all maintenance, repairs, and downtime events, ensuring timely scheduling and documentation
Ensure compliance with fleet KPIs and contribute to monthly reporting of performance, cost, and utilization metrics
Pick up, deliver, and coordinate vehicle movements as needed to minimize technician disruption
Coordinate vehicle repairs through approved vendors; verify warranty coverage and negotiate cost-effective solutions and perform minor repairs in-house.
Collaborate with internal departments to address fleet-related issues impacting operations

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons. Experience in the home services industry (Plumbing, HVAC, or Electrical) preferred
ASE certifications strongly preferred
